The Movember Foundation is a global charity committed to men living happier, healthier, longer lives

The Movember Foundation is a global charity committed to men living happier, healthier, longer lives. Since 2003, millions have joined the men’s health movement, raising £402 million and funding over 1,000 projects focusing on prostate cancer, testicular cancer, poor mental health and physical inactivity.
Our fathers, partners, brothers and friends face a health crisis that isn’t being talked about. Men are dying too young. We can’t afford to stay silent.
That’s why action is being taken.
The Movember Foundation charity are tackling men’s health on a global scale, year round. They are addressing some of the biggest health issues faced by men: prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and mental health and suicide prevention.
They know what works for men, and how to find and fund the most innovative research to have both a
global and local impact. They are independent of government funding, so can challenge the status quo and invest quicker in what works. In 13 years they have funded more than 1,200 men’s health projects around the world.
By 2030 they want to reduce the number of men dying prematurely by 25%.
Help them to stop men dying too young. Join the movement.

TAKE THE MOVE CHALLENGE
HOW TO MOVE
Moving is easy. Set a distance goal that challenges you, and then walk, run, cycle, swim or row towards it.
Move a little or a lot, solo or in a team. It’s not about being the fittest or the fastest, it’s about having fun, doing good, by raising funds along the way.
